Jamie in Determined Mood

Its reported in today's Scottish Sun (must be true then!) that new signing Jamie Birkenshaw is taking an option that tends to be favoured by Premiership footballers and top athletes as part of his preparation for the new season.

Jamie is apparently seeing a Sports Psychologist in his determination to improve his average away from Sheffield next season and become a more all-round rider.

He is quoted as saying; -

"I've never tried it before but I'm hoping it will help me as I'm really up for next season and becoming a reliable points scorer for Glasgow. This is a new start for me and I am determined to repay Glasgow for giving me this chance".
