Ashfield Fire Damage

A report has appeared in todays Evening Times on the fire and possible consequences of it for the future of Ashfield.

The intial reading of the article makes gloomy reading but gestures from other Junior clubs have given the football club a ray of hope.

It does give the Tigers promotion and the Glasgow fans a headache as well as the football club however. It would be helpful either the football club or the speedway club could come out with a more definite idea of the figures involved or of any help the normal fan on the terrace could give in a practical way if nothing else.

Lets hope both us and the football club can survive this latest turn of events at Ashfield.
