Glasgow target James Cockle scored well for his conference side Boston in their final home league meeting of the season against Buxton.

James won his first two races before recording an almost traditional Fx in his third. He came back though with a paid win in his fourth ride and followed that with another win in his fifth ride.

He was named to come out for another ride but was excluded for failing to make the 2 minutes, meaning his final score was 11+1. Boston won the meeting 48-42.
