Bentley, Stancl and Parker at Hull
Posted 22/09/04On a rainy night at Hull, none of the Tigers representatives particularly shone in Paul Thorps testimonial.
Top scorer of the three was George Stancl with 5+2 although Shane Parker beat him in both the races they came head to head in. Shane, who finished on 4+2, was in turn beaten by Paul Bentley, the only Tiger to score a heat win. Paul finished on 4 points.
Team A featuring Parker, beat team B, with Stancl and Bentley, 45-39 with the meeting being abandoned due to rain after heat 14. However its understood the weather didn't stop Shane from doing his normal 'party piece'!
