Stancl Top Scores for Sheffield

George Stancl completed a busy few days by top scoring for Sheffield in their Young Shield tie at Smallmead.

He started the night off well with two heat wins, partnering Glasgow asset Emiliano Sanchez. However Reading were to come back into the meeting and George's remaining four rides saw him get a second in a TR and three thirds to leave him with a tally of 13.

He did however impress with some good racing and passing, particularly in heat 13, just being unlucky in later rides to come off second best in closely fought battles.
