James
Struggles at Hull
Posted 27/04/05
James Cockle had a disappointing night as
a guest for Sheffield at Hull this evening.
It was his first time at the Craven
Park circuit and he seemed to struggle to come to terms with it a
bit.
In his first race, he fell and he
followed that up with a last place in his second ride. He obtained
his only points of the night in heat 8, coming in third behind his
team mate after Branney had an engine failure. Unsurprisingly he was
replaced in his programmed fourth ride by fellow reserve Paul Cooper
who was having an excellent night.
Hopefully James will be able to build
on this experience and Glasgow will get the benefit when the Tigers
next travel to Craven Park.
