CL - Cockle & McAllan Score Well at Oxford

James Cockle had a decent night for his Conference League side Sittingbourne scoring 10 from 6 rides in their meeting at Oxford whilst Glasgow asset David McAllan top scored with 15.

Sittingbourne however still suffered a heavy defeat at the hands of the strong Oxford Academy side going down by 53-37.

James started off with two second places, followed by two race wins and then a last place in his fifth ride. In heat 15, he had the bad luck his Glasgow team mate George Stancl suffered on Sunday when his engine blew on the final bend whilst he and team mate McAllan were on a 5-1.

David himself posted an impressive three heat wins and three second places.
