Guesting Tigers Do Well at Berwick

It proved to be a decent pay day for George Stancl this evening guesting for Newcastle at Berwick this evening even though he ended up on the losing side.

From five rides, George scored 14 points including a 6 point tactical ride as Berwick beat Newcastle by 55-40.

The other Glasgow link in the meeting, David McAllan, was riding in the difficult number 2 position and scored 3 points from his 5 rides. He was very unlucky to shed a chain in heat 8 whilst lying second and looking good for a challenge for the lead.
