Adam Released from Hospital

Thankfully after thorough checks, the good news is that Adam Roynon has this evening been released from hospital and is on his way home.

No doubt he will be very sore and it remains to be seen when he is fit to return to the saddle but with his determination he will probably be back sooner rather than later.
