CL 'Saga'

Understandably there has been much discussion
amongst Glasgow's fans following the statement earlier this week in
the Scottish Sun (see here)
which was also repeated later in the day in the Evening Times.
Debate has raged on Easy
Tiger and Gordon Pairman has now taken time out to write a personal
response to the discussions. His comments can be
read here
and will hopefully go some way to allaying some of the fears Glasgow
fans have faced over the last few days.
Damage has been done, especially as forums all over the internet
are understandably full of talk about Glasgow's 'crises'. The affect
on the riders is not so easy to see but it is bound to have been unsettling.
Now that the silence has been broken Glasgow have taken the
first tentative steps to repairing the damage done and hopefully an
important lesson in PR and communication will have been learned this
time.
