Claus Fails to Score at Belle Vue

Claus Kristensen was always going to be up against it riding as a 3 point rider at number 1 for Belle Vue this evening.

He was not helped by track conditions with heavy rain making it difficult for even the more experienced Elite League boys. Claus finished well at the back in his first two rides and was replaced by reserve Rusty Harrison in his third programmed ride.

Claus did not get the opportunity of a third ride, probably to his relief given the track conditions, as the meeting was abandoned after heat 12 with Belle Vue going down by 36-39 to Peterborough.
