A few details for you:
The qualifying heats were followed by a five man final.
One of the highlights of the night (and trust me there were many!)
was Troy Batchelor holding off Leigh Adams to inflict a rare Adams
defeat. Batchelor had the inside gate and Adams the extreme outside
but Batchelor earned the win by answering everything Adams threw
at him.
Parks himself was in fine form too only lowering his colours to
Adams both in a heat and in the final where he pushed Leigh hard
for the full four laps.
Mathew Wethers deserves a mention for a determined ride in his last
outing to record a win over Steve Johnston, Rory Schlein & Jason
Lyons.
Schlein eased himself back into the
swing of things in his first meeting back after his long lay through
injury

In the sidecars Treloar / Plaisted
were just that bit too good for
the other outfits and would have had an unblemished record but for
a
retirement when in first in their first ride
