Jack Young Cup

The only Tiger in action throughout the winter, Matthew Wethers, is due to ride in the Jack Young Cup at Gillman this weekend.

The competition will have a preliminary round as 19 riders have entered the 16 man format competition.

The young field includes Rory Schlein, who will undoubtedly be the favourite and ex-Tiger Kevin Doolan as well as Joel Parsons, Cameron Woodward and Robert Ksiezak.

Matthew will no doubt be looking to make his mark in this meeting, his last before competing in the U-21 Australian Championships the following week.
