Impresses in 2nd Halves

Following on from the busy weekend, Glasgow
reserve Adam Roynon was again in action on Monday evening, this time
riding second halves at his parent club Coventry.
The following e-mail was received from a Coventry fan who
watched him for the first time: -
Just a quick note to say how impressed
I was with Adam on Monday at Coventry. I've not seen him before but
he appeared in three second half races immediately after the Elite
League match between Coventry and Swindon. Granted, the opposition
he raced against wasn't nearly of the same standard, however Adam's
winning times were outstanding. In his first race he clocked a time
of 62.2. This was more than just respectable when compared to Lee
Richardson's heat 15 time of 61.9. Not satisfied with that, Adam registered
a time to match Lee's in his second outing and then went one better
by topping this with a time of 61.7 in his final outing. For those
of who stayed to see this display we were aware of seeing something
rather significant.
