Werner at Armadale

Edinburgh have announced that Brent Werner of Rye House will ride as a guest for them on Friday in the rearranged Scottish Cup tie against Glasgow.

Werner comes in as a guest in place of the injured Theo Pijper and is expected to ride at number 1.

It means he will be facing the Tigers 3 times in the space of 8 days after last weekend's visit to Hoddesdon in the Knock Out Cup followed by this Sunday's second leg.

He will no doubt be out to prove something after a relatively poor performance by his standards last weeekend only scoring 5+2. Brent recorded two race wins and two third places at Armadale earlier this month when Rye House were the visitors.
