Tresarrieu Out!
Posted 24/07/05

Shock news from the County ground at tea time was that Seb Tresarrieu will not be riding for Exeter tonight.

The Exeter promotion have been in constant contact with the Frenchman all day but he kept 'missing flights' and has not turned up to ride for the Falcons.

Exeter consider him to be withholding his services but as he has not as yet ridden for them their only option is to use a Conference League guest for this evening and Sam Hurst has stepped in to wear the number 3 jacket for Falcons.

It will obviously work in Glasgow's favour but it is sad that a team who are currently going through a torrid time with regards to their future are treated this way by a professional rider.

On top of that, the paying public have been denied a proper contest and it will be interesting to see the outcome of the situation, especially given that Tresarrieu had apparently agreed to ride for Workington before signing for Exeter.
