Little Good News?

At a time things are going badly for the
Tigers, a reliable source has confirmed the good news that Stefan
Ekberg will be staying at Glasgow for the rest of the season.
There had been a little unrest amongst the support when a
national newspaper broke the story that he had only been signed on
a 28 day contract and although Stefan has now ridden well past the
28 days, the lack of official announcement did cause some concern.
Stefan himself has stated in a centre green interview that
he expects to be a Tiger for the remainder of the year and he is expected
to ride on the Island tonight for Glasgow despite it being a night
he would normally be expected to ride in Sweden. The team he doubles
up with in Sweden, VMS Elit, are tonight riding against Masarna.
