Freebies at Workington Meeting

For those with youngsters travelling to Workington for our first meeting next Saturday, Workington have announced that ALL children attending on the night will be given a free air horn.

Its part of their promotions publicity drive to encourage more youngsters to go to Derwent Park and should ensure a noisy atmosphere on the night so take your ear plugs. No doubt we will hear the remnants of the horns at Ashfield the following day.

There will also be a free A3 poster of the Workington team with every programme sold which I am sure Glasgow fans can make use of! It would be nice if they extend their generosity to giving us more points than last year as well!
