Confessions of a Trainee Referee

Whilst it is not directly Glasgow related, there is a very interesting thread on the Wolverhampton forum by a former trainee speedway referee of their experiences.

It is being written in segments and so far it is making fascinating reading for speedway fans from many different clubs who have been made aware of it. It gives an insight of some of the many duties that referees are required to carry out as well as showing how the training of future referees was structured.
