Tomorrows Opponents Defeated at Stoke

Hull come to Glasgow tomorrow on the back of a defeat at Stoke on the Saturday evening in a meeting that had some controversy about it.

The meeting was held up after heat 4 apparently due to a 'machinery dispute' although no more was heard of this. In addition, new Italian reserve Simone Terenzani was excluded in heat 12 due to unfair riding, those elbows apparently coming into play.

Sanchez and Stead apart, the Vikings apparently had a poor night with Thorp and Branney in particular struggling.
