Glasgow's James Cockle will be in action this Wednesday as he tries to qualify for the final of the British U21 Championship at Loomer Road.

James missed out last year after suffering rib injuries in a fall in the Premier League meeting with Workington the day before he was due to ride in last years Qualifier at Weymouth.

This year's draw has not exactly been kind to him however as the field at Stoke is undoubtedly the strongest of the three qualifying rounds featuring amongst others, Jamie Robertson, Luke Priest, Jason King and James Brundle (full field is shown below).

Another Glasgow asset will also be taking part in this round as Gary Beaton has also been unlucky enough to be placed in this tie.
