Ksiezak
Wins Jack Young Cup
Posted 19/02/06
Robert
Ksiezak sent a message out to everyone that he is raring to
go in 2006 by winning yesterdays Jack Young Cup at Gillman.
The
field was made up entirely of younger riders as most of those
riding in Europe this season have already packed up to come
over.
Robert
comfortably qualified for the semi finals by winning all four
of his qualifying races. His only defeat on the night came
at the hands of Cory Gathercole in the semis when the race
was awarded with Gathercole lying in first after Gates fell.
However
it was merely to be a temporary set back with Robert then
going out and winning the final to claim what some think could
be his first senior trophy.
Well
done Robert - can we claim this as Tigers first silverware
of the season!
