Tigers
Brady Blast
from
The Scottish Sun, 3rd January. By Jeff Holmes
Glasgow
co-promoter Gordon Pairman has told Scotland Star Ross Brady
to grow up over his refusal to ride for the Tigers.
They
paid a club record £12, 000 for the 24-year-old at the
start of the 2003 season.
Brady
endured his worst ever run of form before leaving Tigers midway
through the campaign to join Sheffield.
He
was then a vital part of Hull's 2004 title-winning side before
joining Edinburgh last term.
Glasgow
wanted Brady to lead this year's side along with Shane Parker
- but he has refused to join the club, despite the Tigers
owning his contract.
Pairman
said: "It's time for him to start growing up and stop
taking advantage of Glasgow Speedway."
"We
asked him to come back and ride for us last season and he
knocked us back - saying he wanted to go to Edinburgh."
"Despite
this, we asked him to race for us in the coming season but
again met with a refusal. This has to end, and now!"
Team
manager Stewart Dickson added: "We will not be blackmailed
into allowing Ross to go out on loan again."
