STARs, have pulled of a major coup for this Friday's scheduled talk-in at Ashfield by arranging for Danny Bird to take part as one of the panel.

The talk-in has been arranged for a few weeks but when one of the panel, Edinburgh's John Campbell, pulled out with just a week to go, STARs were left with a major headache in trying to find another panelist at a late stage.

However, they have excelled themselves with an excellent 'rider-replacement' by arranging for Danny to come up and meet Tigers fans for the first time since his signing. Danny in return has agreed to sit on the panel and take questions alongside team mate David McAllan, Kenny McKinna and Jim McGregor.

Hopefully as many people as possible will make it along to welcome Danny to the Tigers - as well as to welcome David back. The promotion will also be represented.

The event starts at 7.30pm with admission set at £3 and including a finger buffet.
