Last Monday saw Adam Roynon undergo surgery to remove the two plates placed in his arm after his horror crash last September against Sheffield.

Adam was an innocent victim when Paul Cooper lost control and he received bad arm injuries which required plating.

Adam's website this week reports that the operation to remove the plates has been successful and he is now resting the arm to allow the screw holes to heal.
