Danny Misses GB Select Meeting

Illness meant that Danny Bird missed out on the chance to show Reading what they were missing out on this evening.

He was a late call off from the GB Select due to ride against Reading thanks to a bout of flu and he is no doubt fed up with all the predictable jokes on that one.

We understand however that he is expected to be fully fit for Thursday's Press and Practice session at Ashfield.
