Weather and health permitting, the Glasgow team will take to the track at Ashfield tomorrow afternoon for Press and Practice.

The event, scheduled to start at 2pm, will be covered by Q96FM so for those unable to attend it might be worth tuning in to Q96FM on line for news from the day as it happens. They will also be conducting interviews with riders and management throughout the afternoon show.

It is hoped that Danny Bird will be fit to take part after his bout of flu but reports in today's Sun indicate that he may be struggling not only for Press and Practice but also for Glasgow's opening meeting at Berwick on Saturday night.

Press and Practice will be followed by a Meet the Riders session on Thursday evening in the bar at Ashfield commencing at 7.30pm. All riders will hopefully be present as will the promotion to give their views on the forthcoming season and answer any questions from the fans.
