Unfortunately for the Tigers, the weather forecasts proved correct and the 2006 team were unable to practice on track this afternoon.

They did line up for some photographs and conduct some interviews with members of the press in racing gear. Q96FM gave some coverage during their afternoon show - although David McAllan's turn of phrase in a love interview gave the interviewer a bit of a panic.

It was encouraging to see more press there than usual, an indication no doubt of the drive to increase public awareness of the Tigers.
