Good Swedish Start for Shane

Shane Parker got his Swedish season off to an excellent start as he helped his Kaparna side to a 53-43 point victory in the home meeting against Team Bikab.

In his opening ride of the meeting, Nicolai Klindt managed to pass Shane, the only opposition rider who was to do so on the night as Shane then went on to record three wins and a paid win in his remaining four rides.

Shane finished as Kaparna's second top scorer on 13+1(5), behind team mate Rafal Dobrucki who scored a perfect 18 point maximum.

With Glasgow at Redcar next Thursday night, Shane will miss Kaparna's next meeting against Gettingarna but is expected to return for their meeting the following week when they are at home to Kauko Nieminen's Griparna side.
