Shane Reaches Semis at Stoke

It was a relatively quiet night for Shane at Stoke this evening in Robbie Kessler's testimonial.

The event was a variation on a four team tournament with two riders from each team going through to a semi-final. With Shane rather bizarrely riding for Hull along with Rory Schlein, Emiliano Sanchez and Ross Brady, it was the two Australians who top scored and headed into the semi finals. In the first semi, Shane came in at the back behind Schlein and the Stoke pairing of Lemon and Kessler therefore ending his night although he no doubt plans to get his revenge on those two tomorrow!

Rory Schlein went on to win the final.
