Another Year for Shane?

Tigers fans got the clearest indication yet as to Shane Parker's intentions for the future as he confirmed last night that initial contact had been made and that he was hoping to ride for Glasgow in 2008.

Obviously it is very early stages and will depend on the terms being satisfactory for both sides as well as the outcome of the Conference but for those amongst the Tigers support who feared that after this season ending in injury Shane might consider calling it a day it was met with relief.

It is unlikely that anything will be sorted in the next few weeks however as Shane is very busy with SRA business and the promotion have the Conference to think about.

However, Shane's wording at the end of his interview gave a clear indication that next season will probably be his last.
