Stoke Meeting Off
(Posted 24/09/07)Following on from the overnight rain, the meeting scheduled for this afternoon against Stoke has been called off.
It does seem quite an early decision especially with the hour by hour forecast indicating the rain would dry up this afternoon.
Tigers were going to be missing Parker and had Craig Watson doubtful, whilst Stoke would have been minus recently departed Rusty Harrison and are pushing for one of the final two places in the Young Shield with points differential looking as if it may be crucial.
