2007 Glasgow Scoring Record

This year, most expected it to be a foregone conclusion that Craig would lead the Wasps line up in 2007. It came as a major shock especially to the Newport fans who idolise Craig, when he was left out of the side one week before the season was due to start, at a time when the other clubs had all completed their top ends.

Craig spent a couple of months with Poole this season in the Elite league but struggled to find form although he has been riding well for Vargarna in Sweden and in an assortment of challenge meetings, including winning the first race held at Birmingham's re-opening.

Wato's pedigree cannot be in doubt although he has not been particularly lucky injury wise over the last couple of seasons. In both 2005 and 2006 Craig suffered injuries in meetings between Newport and Stoke on both occasions at the start of May which finished the respective seasons.

It could be argues that Wato's misfortune this season is Glasgow's good fortune and the promotion moved quickly to secure his signature for the rest of the season when the opportunity arose.

As well as his experience in the pits, Wato brings along with him one of the best known mechanics in the Premier League albeit for being the Aussie in the British Grand Prix adverts on Sky for this year!
