The rules and regulations for the STARs 100 are shown below and a link to download an application form can be found at the bottom of the Rules and Regulations

RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR SUBSCRIBERS

1) Numbers available for the draw will be 1 to 100 inclusive.

2) Where possible a subscriber may choose a “lucky” number. If that number has previously been allocated or they are happy with any number they will be allocated a number at random.

3) Entry to the draw will cost £5.00 per number, per month. This will be payable by Bank Standing Order ONLY and will be debited from subscriber’s bank account on the 1st of each month.

4) Failure to make payment on a particular month will result in that subscriber’s number(s) being withdrawn from that month’s draw.

5) If no payment is made on two consecutive months it will be deemed that the subscriber has withdrawn from the scheme and their number will become available for re-allocation.

6) The prize draw will take place, during the speedway season, publicly at Ashfield Stadium at a meeting around the 15th of each month. During the close season at monthly meetings of the S.T.A.R’s group under supervision of an independent observer.

7) Payment of prize fund will be by cheque ONLY.

8) If any winning subscriber participated in the scheme via an agency arrangement, the agent will qualify for a prize equivalent to 10% of winning prize. Again this will be paid by cheque ONLY.

9) The Prize Fund shall represent 50% of total subscriptions for that month. The remaining 50% shall be retained by the club to help meet ongoing initiatives.

10) Should the Scheme be over subscribed then the administrators have the power to release more numbers for allocation. This would result in a proportionate increase in the Prize Fund.

11) Subscribers must be 18 years of age or older!
