Trent to Ride at Ipswich

Glasgow skipper Trent Leverington will be in action this evening as he rides in an end of season team challenge meeting at Ipswich.

The meeting, billed as Young Lions and Euro's v Young Eagles and Roos will see Trent line up at no 4 for the latter in what looks to be the poorer of the two sides so he will have his work cut out.

Ipswich have stated that the idea of the meeting is to have a look at potential riders for next season as well as a chance to watch one or two riders expected to be amongst the top riders in the World in the next few years.

Another name in the field that will be familiar to Tigers fans is Leon Madsen who rides at no 2 for the Young Lions and Euro's
