Anders is a young Dane who joins Glasgow thanks to our Danish contact Alun Biggart.

He has been riding speedway in one form or another since he was only four years old - the Dane's have an excellent system to encourage riders from a very young age.

Anders turned professional 3 years ago and has so far this year been riding for Grinsted in Denmark as well as being part of the Poznan squad in Poland.

Last year he rode well in the Nordic U19 final finishing behind Nicolai Klindt, Thomas H Jonasson and Patrick Hougaard and has qualified through to the European Championships semi final in Herxheim this season. In addition he is also in the Danish U-21 team.

Coming to the UK is the next big step for Anders and he may take a little while to bed in but the promotion have no doubt that he has talent and are pleased to have him not only as a new signing but also the latest member of the Tigers growing asset base.
