Notes

1. The original line up included Adam Roynon (6.21) and Tom Hedley (5.20). Roynon was seriously injured in pre season practice with team GB at King's Lynn. Andre Compton was brought in as replacement for Roynon and Hedley was dropped to accomodate. Luke Priest then came in to finish the team
